We want you to be very happy with your purchase, please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order and we will take care of it immediately. All boxes that have been shipped are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@playtimecrate.com if you have any questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Subscription policy
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration.
Pause or cancel anytime with a monthly subscription. Simply go into your portal and pause or cancel if need be. If you choose the 6 or 12 month subscription, cancel anytime after the commitment.
Shipping policy
Crates ship on the 20th of each month with the cut off date being the 15th of each month. This means it should be in your hands no later then the 25th of the month if we are shipping it to you! Pick ups can occur
